Eligibility:
1. The contest is open to people who are between the ages of 16 and 25, and who live or attend school in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Offer void where prohibited. Rules are subject to change and may be updated during the Contest as determined by Bucks First Federal Credit Union (FCU).
2. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address on the submission form.
3. Your entry to the contest constitutes your agreement to allow your entered video submissions and your name, occupation, city and state of residence to be published wherever the sponsor deems necessary.
4. Bucks First FCU reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgment, winner eligibility. Age of any determined finalists will be verified.
Disclaimer:
Bucks First Federal Credit Union will not be responsible for:
1. Any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries;
2. Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures;
3. Any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Bucks First FCU.; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fifteen (15) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Bucks First FCU reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Prizes are limited to one winner or winning group, dependent upon submission format. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose);
Collection of Information:
The information collected to enter the Contest will be used to contact you in the event that you are a winner. Bucks First FCU will not share or sell your information. Bucks First FCU wholly reserves the right to publicize the Contest and its winner(s). As stated above, Bucks First FCU will require verification of age eligibility for any contestant who is selected as a finalist.
General Release:
By entering the Contest, you release Bucks First FCU from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
Affidavit & Release:
As a condition of being awarded finalist status, contestants may be required to execute and deliver to Bucks First FCU, a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules, proof of age and release of liability.
